Our Story
Pareto was founded on a practice built since 2015 — a decade running programmatic and commerce transformation for enterprise brands, Nestlé, Disney, IHG, SAP, and Comcast among them, watching the same money vanish into the same stack, engagement after engagement.
Today Pareto is deliberately early and deliberately lean: a founding team, a certified partner network for specialist execution, and an operating model built once and instantiated per client. We serve enterprise and growth-stage commerce brands that want the growth system run as one accountable operation — media, marketplace, creative, and retention, metered in one financial system and reconciled to the bank.
Founder
“I spent a decade inside the machinery of enterprise marketing — running programmatic transformations for brands like Nestlé, Disney, and SAP — and the lesson that wouldn’t leave me alone was this: the industry has a counting and accountability problem. I watched brilliant teams make nine-figure decisions on numbers nobody could defend, while the stack beneath them — agencies, ad-tech, platforms, and now AI — each marked its own book.
Our team’s best work quadrupled what a client’s dollar actually did. Not by buying better technology — by counting honestly, and rebuilding the operation around what the count revealed.
Pareto exists to make that the normal condition of a commerce business. AI made it possible: for the first time, the full operation — media, marketplace, creative, retention — can run at machine speed while a financial system above it meters every dollar to the bank. We build the operating model, we govern the math, and everything we install belongs to the client — because a scale only works if the person holding it has nothing on either side.
We are early, and small, on purpose. The high standard is easier to keep that way.”
How We Operate
The way we work is written into the operating system, and it applies to us before it applies to any client: the 80/20 routes every task, one number reconciles to the bank, and evidence gates decide what keeps running.
The 80/20
Agents industrialize the repeatable eighty percent; senior operators own the twenty where judgment compounds. The split is decided by design, and it runs our own firm first.
One number
Every action — human or machine — lands in one financial system. Marketing and finance read the same ledger, and so do we.
Evidence gates
Every bet carries kill criteria from day one. Proof scales with the spend at stake, and what stops paying is retired — automations included.

Careers
We hire few, senior, and deliberately. Agents industrialize the repeatable work, so every seat here owns judgment — an operator at Pareto runs what took a team under the old model, with the system doing the heavy lifting and the ledger keeping score.
Open Roles — Remote-First
Google, Microsoft, and Amazon Ads run on incrementality. You set thresholds; agents run the auction work.
Meta and TikTok as one creative-velocity motion — rotation, testing, and spend under your judgment.
Amazon and Walmart Connect, priced against contribution — the shelf where agents already buy.
Incrementality, geo-lift, and MMM that survive finance review — the evidence the gates run on.
Build and govern the agent layer: approval thresholds, kill criteria, metered cost — in production, for real budgets.
Unit economics, CAC and contribution-margin LTV, and the close both sides sign — the one number, kept honest.
